Mini Moong daal pancakes for a sumptuous breakfast.
2cups soaked Yellow Moong Dal
½ cup frozen peas, coarsely grounded
1tbs. Grated ginger
1 mild green chilly finely chopped
2tbsp, fresh coriander leaves finely chopped
½ cup cooking oil
1tspSalt or according to taste.
Grind Soaked Dal in the blender and mix with pea’s paste. Add remaining ingredients except oil. Heat nonstick pan, spray with oil and pour one ladle of batter in the center of pan. Spread the batter with the back of spoon in a round shape. Pour oil from side of the pancake, turn, cook from both sides. Serve.
