1 Bunch spinach leaves, Blanched & pureed
1/2tsp finely grated ginger
11/2 tsp plain flour
1/4tsp black pepper
1/8tsp nutmeg powder
1/8 tsp ground clove
Heat pan add butter & plain flour on slow fire, stir. Add ginger, pepper, nutmeg powder, Spinach puree, salt, pepper and milk. Mix it. Cook 2 minutes. Add cream & serve piping hot.
