Enjoy these very easy to prepare bread cutlets stuffed with potatoes.
Take the 5 bread slices in a bowl and crumble it nicely with your hands.
Add 1 boiled and mashed potato, 2 tbsp curd, finely chopped ginger, chopped coriander leaves, 1 chopped green chilli,2 tbsp roasted peanut powder and salt to it and mix well to form a dough.
Take small portions of the dough and make balls, and shape cutlets. Shallow fry all cutlets in hot oil till golden brown. Serve it with Tomato ketchup.
