It’s closing in on Easter in another few months and what a better way than baking at home. Here is a rendition of a yummy eggless cake with walnuts peeking through!
11/2 cup Plain flour
5tbsp Coco powder
½ cup walnuts chopped
1tsp. Soda Bicarbonate
1cup orange juice
4tbsp cooking oil
4tbsp. olive oil
1tsp vanilla essence
1.Pre heat the oven to 180 degree Celsius and sieve all the dry ingredients.
2.Mix oil, juice salt vinegar essence in a bowl.
3.Add slowly sifted flour and mix well, or you can use hand blender.
4.Grease cake tin, add walnuts in to cake batter, and pour in to tin.
5. Bake for 25 -35 minutes.
6.Stand for 10-15 minutes before turning out, cake will be soft while hot.
