A quick and easy snack for your family when the evening hunger pangs strike!
- 2 cup boiled rajma
- 3 medium boiled mashed potatoes
- 1tsp sesame seeds
- Salt according to taste
- Grated ginger
- Chopped coriander leaves
- Navratna chutney for stuffing ( Chutney made with Raw mango, Date & raisins )
- 2 tsp corn flour
- Mint chutney
Mix rajma & boiled potatoes in a bowl. Add salt, sesame seeds, grated ginger & chopped coriander leaves. Mix well. Now divide in to 8 pieces take one ball into your palm flatten it & stuff little navratna chutney fold it & give this a Tikki shape.Do this with remaining balls, sprinkle little corn flour, keep aside. Heat a pan with little oil now takes all tikki cook from both side.Serve with mint chutney.
