Cream of Tomato Soup

Try this is traditional soup seasoned with basil and white sauce.

Take 4 medium sizes ripe tomatoes microwave for 2 minutes. Blend in the blender. Heat 1tbsp butter in a pan, add 1tsp. plain flour, roast and add ½ cup milk. Make white sauce. Add pureed tomatoes, fresh basil leaves, 1cup water and cook for 2minutes. Season it with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. Serve hot and top with cream.
