2 cup lady finger or okra washed and wiped. Cut and slit into lengthwise, Mix 2 tbsp of each roasted chickpea flour, Zater, dry coriander powder, 1 tbsp red chili powder, 1 tbsp sumac, salt according to taste. Stuff all okras with mixed spices. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil and fry okra till crisp. Serve with Bread.
