Sago or sabudana is often considered as a diet option during fasts. But here is a vegetarian’s take on getting something exciting prepared for your taste buds regardless of what the occasion is.
1 cup soaked (3hrs) Sago or Sabudana
1 1/2 cup boiled and mashed potato
1 tsp. sesame seeds
1/2 cup peanut powder
2 finely chopped green chillies
Salt to taste
Mix all the ingredients except oil in a bowl. Make small balls from the mixture. Heat oil and shallow fry them till golden brown. Remove arrange them on barbeque skewer, serve with Mint Yogurt dip and Tomato Ketchup. Enjoy.
