•1/4 cup soaked and pureed dried Apricot
•1/4 cup Almond Finely Chopped
•1/2 cup Semolina
•1/2 cup + 1 tbsp. Sugar
•1/4 tsp. Cardamom powder
•1/4 tsp. Saffron strands
•4 tbsp. Butter or 3 tbsp. Ghee
•1 cup hot water
•1/2 cup milk
Mix sugar and water in a saucepan and boil, add saffron and cardamom powder, keep aside. Heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan, add semolina, and roast until golden brown. Add chopped almonds and apricot puree, mix it.Add milk and water and cook till water is absorbed. Cover it for 2minutes.Serve Hot.
