TOMATO BASIL BRUSCHETTA

INGREDIENTS –

1 French bread

6-7 ripe tomatoes

8-10 Fresh basil leaves

4-5 spoon basil flavor Olive oil

Freshly crushed pepper

Salt

1tsp. lemon juice

 METHOD –

Dip tomatoes in the hot water for 5 minutes. Remove and peel the skin of tomatoes. Cut in to halves remove the pulp and seeds. Chopped tomatoes and mix finely chopped basil leaves, salt and pepper. Mix olive oil and lemon juice. Slice the bread diagonal, coat with olive and toast it in oven till golden brown. Arrange in the serving plate and topped with tomatoes. Serve.
