Paneer Pickle Masala


400 gm. paneer (cut into 2/2 squares)

1/2 yellow color capsicum (diced)

1/2 orange color capsicum (diced)

2 cherry tomatoes for garnishing

For The Gravy-

1tbsp mix of Fennel seed, mustard seeds &fenugreek seed (for tempering)

2 tbsp. oil

1 tsp. ginger paste

2 tbsp. red chilli paste

1cup yogurt

1/4 tsp. kastoori methi

2 tsp. mango pickle (chopped)

1/2 tsp. turmeric powder

Pinch of garam masala powder

Salt to taste

1 tsp. coriander leaves chopped


Cut the paneer and capsicum and keep aside.

For the gravy- heat oil, add tempering, ginger, chopped coriander leaves and red chilli paste.Add yogurt and all powered spices. Mix Paneer & peppers and add salt and kasoori methi. Cover with lid and simmer for 7-8 minutes. Before serving add chopped mango pickle and garam masala powder. Serve hot with chapattis.
