CRISPY & SPICY POTATO FRY

Crispy & Spicy Potato fry is a very simple side dish and I would say another version of French fries, can be served as a quick snacks for unexpected guest.

INGREDIENTS –

4 medium size Potatoes, half boiled & peeled

Salt to taste

Oil for shallow frying

1tbsp. Lime juice

1tsp. Black pepper powder

1tsp. Chaat Masala, Available Indian Stores

2tbsp. Tamarind chutney, Available Indian Stores

1tbsp. Mint Chutney

1tsp. Ginger paste

METHOD –

Cut Potatoes into wedges. Rub little salt in to this; keep aside, while oil is ready for frying. Heat oil and fry all wedges till crisp. Remove and drain on kitchen towel to remove excess oil. Mix remaining ingredients with potatoes and Toss well. Serve hot.
