MANGO SALSA TOPPED TACOS

INGREDIENTS –For making 2 cups

•2 ripe mangoes, peeled, diced

•2 tablespoons fresh coriander, finely chopped

•2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

•2 tablespoons fresh orange juice

•2 tablespoons olive oil

•salt and pepper to taste

.1 cup sour cream

Few Mint leaves for garnishing

8 Mini tacos

METHOD –

Mix everything in a bowl and keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.

For stuffing tacos-

Prepare the tacos: Place 2tbsp. of mango salsa in each taco shell. Top with some shredded lettuce and   chopped tomatoes.  Garnish with sour cream and mint leaves. Serve immediately.
