INGREDIENTS-
1 small Beet root, chopped
5 Carrots, chopped
1 Apple, cored and chopped
1 orange, peeled & cubed
METHOD-
Press beetroot, carrots, apple, and orange through a juice extractor. Stir and serve immediately
