QUICK CRISP POTATO
INGREDIENTS-
3 Medium sizes Potato, Boiled & Cubed
1tbsp. Clarified Butter or Oil
1tsp. Cumin seeds
1tsp.Black Pepper Powder
1tsp.Dry Mango Powder or Lemon Powder
Salt to taste
METHOD –
In a pan heat Clarified Butter or Oil, add cumin seeds and allow it to crack, or light brown. Now add chopped potatoes and sauté for 2 minutes. Add salt, pepper and dry mango powder, mix. Cover it with lid and cook for 4-5 minutes. When potatoes turn light brown, remove from fire and serve with Bread or yogurt.
