250g.Fresh Indian Cottage Cheese or Anari Cheese
1 Red capsicum diced
1 yellow capsicum diced
8-9 cherry Tomatoes
4 tbsp. Greek yogurt or Labneh
2tbsp.Thick cream
2 green chilies paste
2 tsp. ginger paste
1/2 tsp. lime juice
1 tsp. red chili powder
1/2 tsp. Carom seed powder
1/2 tsp. garam masala powder
2 tsp. roasted Gram flour
1/2 tsp. chaat masala
1/2 tsp. honey
Salt to taste
3-4 Star Anises, Powdered
2 tsp. oil
4-5 Mint leaves & lime wedges for garnishing.
1. In a bowl add curd, fresh cream, green chilies, & ginger paste, salt, red chili powder, carom seeds powder, garam masala powder, roasted gram flour,star anise powder, honey and 1tsp.oil, mix all.
2. Dice paneer in to cubes, mix with capsicum, tomatoes and toss with the marinade.
3. Keep it in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
4. Soak the wooden skewers in the warm water.
5. Arrange all the marinated vegetables in each skewer in the sequence of capsicum-paneer-tomato.
6. Brush with oil on top of the veggies.
7. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees and grill the tikkas for 15-17 minutes until they are cooked properly on the edges.
8. Place the Makhmali paneer tikka on the plate and sprinkle some chat masala and lime juice.
9. Garnish with lime wedges & mint leaves and serve hot with Mint Yogurt dip.
