Its my 100th Recipe on this Blog….. Thanks for passing by my Blog, and making me more enthusiastic Food Lover.

4-5 cherry, deseeded and sliced
1pack of Raspberry flavor Jelly pre mix.
8cups milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup icing sugar
1/8sp.Reaspberry flavor essence
2-3strands of saffron, soaked in to 1tsp milk, for garnishing
1-Follow the Instruction of Jelly’s packet and set in the desired shape molds. Keep in the Fridge for at least 30minutes.
2-Meanwhile boil milk on medium heat. When milk started boiling add lemon juice to make it curdle.
3- Remove from heat and Drain the whey using a strainer line with cheesecloth, or muslin cloth. Wrap the curdle milk in a muslin cloth, rinse under cold water, and squeeze well.
4-Once the cheese is drained and become medium hard, knead this until smooth soft dough.
5-Add the sugar and flavor into this and knead again, cook this mixture on slow heat about 4-5 minutes.
6-Turn off the heat and keep mixing this cheese like you are making dough. You can run this into chopper to save time.
7-Divide the mixture into equal parts and roll them to giving a ball shape.
8-Refrigerate them for few hours before serving. Serve them with chilled Jelly & fresh cherries.
9- Garnish it with saffron soaked milk & tiny heart decorations.
