CLEAR SOUP OF GINGER & LIME

This soup is very healthy and good for digestion.

INGREDIENTS-

1/2cup grated ginger

1/2cup yogurt

1tsp. cumin seeds

1/2tsp. black pepper powder

1tsp. butter or oil

Salt to taste

1tsp. lime juice

4cups water

1tbsp. coriander leaves, finely chopped.

METHOD-

Heat oil or butter in a pan, add cumin seeds to brown. Add grated ginger and sauté. Remove from heat and add yogurt, pepper, and salt and mix well. Keep it on fire again adds water and simmers for 5-6 minutes. Add lime juice and coriander leaves, serve immediately.
