QUICK CONDIMENTS-GINGER

One can eat thin slices of ginger in a salt and lime juice mixture before and after meals to improve appetite and digestion. So here is my recipe of quick condiment:

INGREDIENTS-

1/2cup thin slices of ginger

6 Green chilies,

4 Red chilies,

1tsp.salt or to taste

2tbsp. lime juice

METHOD-

Wash & wipe chillies. Cut into thin stripes.

Mix everything in the glass bowl and toss. Keep it in the fridge and use whenever you want.
