 GREEN CHUTNEY OF CORIANDER & MINT-

Green Chutney is super handy Condiment, can be served with any dish .It adds a flavor that can’t be beat and good for appetizer. This is good for using as a spread for Bombay Sandwich. The addition of raw mango enhances the flavor and gives body to this chutney. This green chutney can be prepared in advance and stored for 4-5 days in the fridge.

INGREDIENTS-

2 cups fresh coriander leaves, chopped

1 cup mint leaves, washed & cleaned

1 medium size raw mango, Cubed

3-4 green chilies, chopped

1/2 tsp. cumin seed

1 tsp. Ginger grated

Salt to taste

Pinch of Cinnamon Powder

1tsp. Lime juice, optional

METHOD-

1-Grind all the ingredients with ¼ cup water, except salt. Grind them to form a smooth paste.

2- Now add salt to the grinder and grind the chutney again. Add lime juice if you like more tangy.

3- Green Chutney is ready to serve with Samosa, Kebabs, Chips, and Fries etc.
