RED PLUM MARBLE CAKE
Everyone is familiar with the classic pineapple upside-down cake, topped with rings of tinned pineapple, inspired by that classic recipe I made this cake with Red Plum. This is very tasty and light cake you can serve this cake at room temperature or slightly warm with tea or coffee or top with whipped cream.
Preparation time – 15 min.
Baking time – 40 min.

2, Medium size Red Plum, sliced
125gm.Self raising Flour
75 gm. butter, at room temperature or replace butter with oil
2tbsp. Powder sugar
3/4tsp. Soda bi carb
1tsp. Vanilla powder
1-2 drop of Red food Color
1- Grease 7” rectangle tin with butter, arrange half of plum slices in the center.
3-Mix Butter and sugar with electric blender, add condensed milk and milk. Beat with medium speed. Add, Plum slices, and beat again.
4-Mix flour and vanilla powder gradually in to this. Beat this mixture 2-3 minutes till it light & fluffy.
5- Mix lightly one drop of Red food color to give the marble effect.
6- Pour the batter in the pre greased cake tin and bakes at 150 degree Celsius for 40 minutes.
7- Remove after 2-3 minutes and dust with icing sugar. Serve with tea coffee or vanilla ice-cream.
