RED PLUM & RAISIN CHUTNEY

INGREDIENTS

3 Ripe & Red Plum, Stoned & cubed

½ cup Raisin, soaked in the water

2 tbsp. Grated Ginger

½ tsp. Black salt, or sea salt

½ tsp. Cinnamon Powder

½ tsp. Black Pepper Powder

¼ tsp. Mustard seeds

1/4 cup sugar

¼ cup Fruit Wine, Non Alcoholic

METHOD

1-Heat pan, add mustard seed to slightly roast.

2- Put all the ingredients, except sugar and stir well.

3-Cook this on medium flame for 7-8 minutes. Keep stirring.

4- Add sugar and keep stirring until it dissolved. Use Hand blender to mix it nicely.

5-Simmer for 5-6 minutes till it became thick and pulpy.

6- Cool and store in the air tight jar. You can use this sweet and spicy Chutney with Bread, Rice crackers or anything.
