EGGLESS WALNUT BROWNY BARS
Super easy & fail proof Recipe-
5tbsp. Choco powder( I used Cadbury Drinking Chocolate powder)
½ tsp. Cinnamon powder
¾ cup Powder Sugar
1tsp. Baking Powder
50 gm. slightly salted Butter
1 tsp. vanilla essence
½ cup yogurt
½ cup chopped Walnuts
2tbsp. Milk, if required
1-Sieve twice all-purpose flour, Choco powder, cinnamon powder & baking powder. Keep aside.
2-Mix butter with sugar in the stand mixer.
3-Add yogurt in the butter mixture and keep mixing.
4- Gradually add flour in this mixture.
5- Add vanilla essence and chopped walnuts. Keep mixing on medium speed.
6-Add milk if required to make cake batter consistency.
7- Transfer the mixture in to 8” silicon bread tin.
8-Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degree or till done.
9- Cool it for 20 minutes before serving.
10- Cut in to slices and serve with tea, Coffee or Ice-cream.
