PROTEIN PACKED CREPES: LENTIL CREPES
Protein Packed rich & tasty tea time snack, Hope you will like it.
2 cups Soaked Green Gram, split
2 tbsp. Grated Ginger
1tsp. Crushed Pepper
Salt to taste
Mint & Strawberry Chutney to serve
Soak green gram 4-5 hrs. Blend with salt & ginger in a mixer till smooth. Add pepper and remove in a bowl. The batter should be like pancake batter, add water if required. Heat a non-stick flat pan and grease with ½ tsp. oil. Pour one ladle full of batter and spread it around the pan in a rotation to make round shape. Add little oil around it. When the edges are light brown than flip it and cook it on the other side. Repeat to finish all the batter. Serve hot with Mint & strawberry Chutney.
