FRESH AND FLAVORED ALMOND MILK

Vegan, don’t consume dairy products; here is very simple and easy recipe of fresh & flavored Almond Milk. This homemade Milk is very easy to make and can be used to make smoothie or shakes.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup Raw Almond, soaked, 4-5 hours

1tsp Cardamom seeds

1tsp white pepper

METHOD

Remove from water and rinse soaked almonds. Remove skin and grind this with 2 cups water, cardamom seeds and white pepper. Strain the blended almond milk and chill.

This Almond milk will keep well for 2-3 days in the fridge. You can add sugar according to your taste. This milk is slightly sweet because of Almond.
