CREAMY MASHED POTATOES WITH CARROT STICKS
Easy and tasty recipe of my weekend evening. Try this and enjoy the creamy & buttery taste of mashed potatoes with crunchy carrots.
2 Medium Potatoes, Peeled & cubed
½ cup Milk
1 tbsp. cream
Salt to taste
Pepper, freshly grounded
Carrot stick & bread to serve
Heat a pan adds 1 tbsp. butter and potatoes cubes, sauté. Add 2 cups water and salt. Cover with lid and cook it for 12-14 minutes or until tender.
Remove from heat and roughly mash with Potato masher. Return the pan over low heat, add milk and cream. Mix well with spoon until fluffy and creamy. Serve warm topped with extra butter and coarsely grounded pepper. Serve it with carrot sticks and Bread bites.
