2 cups, Broccoli florets, blanched
2 small Potatoes, boiled & grated
2 tbsp. Oats, powdered
1tsp. Ginger & chili paste
Pinch of Nutmeg powder
1tsp. Chat Masala
Salt & Pepper to taste
4 tbsp. Almonds flakes
Oil for shallow fry
Basil Leaves for garnish, optional
Ice-cream sticks (optional)
Dry blanched broccoli floret with kitchen towel and chop it finely in the chopper. Mix broccoli with grated potatoes and oats in the big bowl. Add salt, pepper, chat masala and nutmeg powder. Mix well to make a smooth mixture. Keep Almond flakes in the plate, use both hand to make small balls of broccoli mixture. Roll this lime size ball with sliced almonds and insert the ice cream stick. Make all the small balls and keep it in the fridge for 15-20 minutes to set. Heat oil in the fry pan and fry till light golden brown. Drain on paper towel and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
