KOOHII JELLY/ COFFEE JELLY : Japanese Dessert

KOOHII JELLY/ COFFEE JELLY
Bitter and Sweet Japanese dessert, will taste better with Ice-cream or Moshi( Japanese Sweet made of rice flour).Here is my simple and easy recipe. Try and enjoy this gorgeous colorful dessert.
Serve: 4
INGREDIENTS
6 tbsp. Strong Coffee
4 tbsp. Sugar
2 tbsp. Agar agar Powder
4 tbsp. boiling water
2 tbsp. Red Color Edible shimmering powder
Whipped Cream
METHOD
Mix coffee powder with sugar and boiling water, keep aside. Heat 2 cups water to boil, add agar agar powder and remove from heat. Combine with coffee mixture and mix well. Pour into the serving molds and cool in the fridge until set. Top with edible shimmering powder and whipped cream. Serve with candy or Ice cream.
