Cool summer drink made of fresh mint leaves, very refreshing and crunchy.
You can add some cornflakes to make perfect morning drink for summer breakfast.
1 cup, Mint leaves
2 cups Chilled Milk
4 tbsp. Toasted Pecan
2 tbsp. Maple syrup
1 cup Cream
1 cup Pecan Praline Ice-cream or any Butterscotch Ice-cream
Mint leaves for Garnishing
Chocolate shavings for toppings
Wash 2-3 times mint leaves in the running water. Grind mint leaves with pecan nuts and milk. Add cream, maple syrup and ice cream, blend again. Serve in the serving glasses, garnish with mint leaves and Chocolate shavings.
