MANGO ICECREAM: ONLY 4 INGREDIENTS & 5 STEPS
Very easy and egg less ice cream, even kids can make it easily. Try and say Hello to summer.
1 cup Mango Pulp
1 cup Cream
½ cup Condensed Milk
1tsp. Cardamom Powder
Chocolate sauce for garnish, Optional
Few Cherries to serve, optional
Dough to seal the mold
1-Mix first four ingredients and process in a food processor till smooth.
2-Spoon in to the Ice Loll mold, cover and seal it with the dough.
3-Arrange all in the stand and freeze 7-8 hours.
4-Remove from freezer and discard the dough, turn the ice-cream into serving plate.
5- Garnish with Chocolate sauce and serve with cherries.
