BREAKFAST & SUPER CHARGED SMOOTHIE

As breakfast considered as an important meal of the day, so I planned to start my day with these fabulous Five Super Charged Smoothies with some enhancers, like Maca, Cacao, and Spirulina etc.
Smoothie is a Nutritious morning meals you can drink while driving, walking, or sprinting out the door. You can carry easily in the cup with lid. A very balanced easy to make in the morning, rich in fibers, minerals and Vitamins. Instead of making Coffee or Milk shakes try these and enjoy rest of the day. Eat well and live well, have breakfast every day and revitalize your body with these Super Charged Smoothies.

SUMMER SHINE SMOOTHIE

Serve: 2

INGREDIENTS

1 Banana frozen

1 cup Mango Chunks, frozen

1 cup Pineapple, slices, frozen

1 1/2 cup Coconut water

¼ cup Coriander leaves

1 tsp. Spirulina

1 tsp. Maca

1 tbsp. Lime Juice

1 tbsp. Maple syrup, Optional

Pinch of sea salt

Lemon slices for garnish.

METHOD

First add banana, pineapple chunks, mango chunks and coconut water in the blender, blend till smooth. Add coriander leaves and spirulina, maca and blend till uniform. Add lime juice, sea salt and pour in the tall glass, garnish with lemon slice and serve.
