CHOCOLATE CUPCAKE WITH CHOCOLATE FROSTING
Chocolate on Chocolate, no need of explanation, any time you can have it, Chocolate cup cake with chocolate icing, super divine indulgence. Just find a reason to have it and enjoy
INGREDIENTS
1 cup All-purpose Flour
¼ cup Corn Starch
4 tbsp. Coco powder
¾ cup Sugar, powdered
1 tsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp. Salt
6 tbsp. Butter
4 tbsp. Melted Cooking Chocolate
1tsp. vanilla
½ cup Milk
METHOD
Pre heat the Oven at 180 degree centigrade and keep ready small 12 cupcakes cups or 6 big sizes.
Combine all dry ingredients in the bowl and sieve twice.
Pour all wet ingredients in the mixing bowl and whisk with hand beater or in the stand mixer
Add dry ingredients in the batches and mix well. Fill the cupcake liner ¾ and bake 18-20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and cool completely before putting icing.
FOR THE CHOCOLATE BUTTERCREAM FROSTING:
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cups Icing Sugar
6 tbsp. Cocoa Powder
6 tbsp. Butter
Pinch of salt
4 tbsp. Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
METHOD
Sift sugar and cocoa powder to avoid lumps. Mix butter with sugar and Cocoa powder till creamy add, salt vanilla and milk. Beat again till light and fluffy. Keep it in the fridge for 10-15 minutes to set. Set Icing bag with star nozzle and fill with icing. Cover each cup cake with Chocolate butter frosting in a circular motion. Serve with Love.
