CRISP COCONUT OATS COOKIES: EGGLESS
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cups Fresh Coconut, grated
1 ½ cups Oats, slightly grounded
½ cup Plain Flour
80 gm. Butter
2 tbsp. Honey
¾ cup Sugar, Powdered
½ tsp. Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
2 tsp. Vanilla Sugar
METHOD
Mix honey with butter and melt in the microwave for 1 minute. Sieve plain flour with salt & baking powder. Combine oats, vanilla sugar, powder sugar with flour and coconuts in the large bowl. Add melted honey and butter and mix well. Cover and rest the dough for ten minutes.
Pre heat the oven at 190 degree centigrade.
Roll the dough to make it smooth. Divided the dough into 20 equal portions and press it gently in the round shape on the greased surface. Mark with cookie’s stamp or you can use fork to mark it. Bake it for 15-18 minutes.
Remove from the oven and cool for 5 minutes. Crispy Coconut Oat Cookies are ready to serve with Milk or Coffee._DSC0030
