CARDAMOM FLAVORED COCONUT COOKIES: EGGLESS
Makes 10-12 cookies
I cup Desiccated Coconut
½ cup Plain Flour
2 tbsp. Dry roasted Peanut Powder
1 tsp. cardamom Powder
½ cup Powdered Sugar
½ cup Butter at room temperature
Pinch of Soda bi Carb
Mix all the ingredients in the big mixing bowl with hands and make soft cookie dough. Cover the dough with cling film and rest for ½ an hour in the fridge.
Divide the dough in to 12 pieces. Roll each one in the shape of tear drop and press with fork. You can use cookie cutter if you want.
Heat the oven at 170 degree centigrade and arrange all the cookies in the baking tray. Bake for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Serve hot or store in the covered cookie jar.
