SESAME COATED PEANUT LADDU: FASTING SPECIAL
As fasting started, here is simple and easy recipe of peanut laddu, try and enjoy.
Makes 10-12 Laddu
2 cups Peanuts, without skin
1 cup Sugar, powdered
2 tsp. cardamom powder
2 tbsp. Ghee or Clarified Butter
4 tbsp. Sesame seeds, dry roasted
Roast peanuts in the microwave for 2 minutes on high. Cool and grind in the grinder in to fine powder.
Heat the heavy bottom pan and add ghee and peanut powder stir and roast for 3-4 minutes without changing the color. Add cardamom powder and remove from heat. Keep aside to cool it little bit. After 5-7 minutes add sugar and mix well with the help of spoon or hands. Keep sesame seeds in the plate, now divide the mixture in to 10 -12 equal parts and make round shape.
