ROSE & RASPBERRY COOLER

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp. Rose syrup

1 cup Raspberry

½ Fresh Rose petals, washed

½ cup sugar

2 cup water

Pinch of salt

1 tsp. Ginger juice

1 tsp. Rose Water

2 tbsp. Lemon juice

Ice Cubes for serving

Raspberry and fresh rose petals for garnish

METHOD

Heat pan and add raspberry with Rose petals & sugar, once sugar start melting, add water and salt. Cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and cool. Blitz in the blender and strain. Add rose syrup, lemon juice and ginger juice. Chill and serve on the bed of ice. Garnish with Raspberry and rose petals.
